This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the design strategy to support the company's overall vision and mission.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Lead the creation of innovative and user-centered designs for our products and digital assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Foster a creative and collaborative culture within the design team.
- Manage design projects, timelines, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies and vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Head of Design or similar leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and leadership abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, UX/UI concepts, and industry trends.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of designers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling design solutions.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software and prototyping tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
