You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies and strategies.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and influencers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Head of Marketing or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on driving growth and achieving results.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
