**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking to hire a
**Head of Product Management **for one of our partners, a very well-known Company.

As a Head of Product Management, you will join a visionary, customer-focused, and agile team with an ambitious mission - to revolutionize the consumer finance industry in Egypt by creating groundbreaking financial products. You will lead the financial services products area of our Fintech domain, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to bring your vision to life. You will have the opportunity to shape our product development strategy, leverage industry and market trends to innovate and improve continuously, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive product strategy and vision in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements based on user research, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Champion the user experience, ensuring products meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and value.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the organization.
- Foster a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and user experience to ensure products meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and value.
- Use data-driven insights to develop and optimize key metrics to measure and improve product performance.
- Drive successful go-to-market strategies that result in market growth, work closely with relevant teams to ensure adoption and success.
- Lead by example and actively promote a safe, collaborative, diverse, and agile company culture, inspiring others to embrace our values.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong background in the fintech or banking industry, with a deep understanding of Financial Services products.
- Expertise in managing both green field and brown field products, as well as deploying and launching products in regulated environments.
- Experience leading and mentoring other product managers, while collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists in an agile setting.
- Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies, with ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high level of creativity and an ability to think outside the box.
- A high level of empathy, with skillful communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- High energy and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment while working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, proactive, excited to work in a fast paced and culturally diverse work environment.
