**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently on the look for a
**Head of Product Management **for one of our partners, a very well-known Company.

**Job Summary**:
As a Head of Product Management, you’ll be leading a product area; you’ll coach, mentor and work with a team of product managers; you’ll be collaborating with both business and technology stakeholders to launch and evolve products and ensure the achievement of our business goals

**Responsibilities (How your every day's fun will look like)**:

- Guiding the team through the full lifecycle of products, from discovery to first value to growth, and ensuring your product area growth and value recognition.
- Creating, maintaining, and adjusting the product area vision aligning with the business domain and company strategy
- Defining product positioning aiming for the maximum value to our customers
- Analyzing market and competition data to create products to match and surpass current industry standards
- Conduct market and customer research to define problems, and work with different teams to define products and features addressing these problems
- Prioritizing and deciding which problems are worth working on
- Communicating product vision to the engineering, business teams and the wider company
- Coordinating with respective teams regarding product launch
- Defining and tracking key success metrics of your products to improve them.
- Coordinating go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature.

**Requirements (What our superheroes profile should demonstrate)**:

- 5+ years’ of experience in Product Management, preferably with both consumer facing and B2B products
- 3+ years of experience within the retail, fintech or commerce industries
- A successful history of launching products that are consumer facing and/or complex with millions of transactions
- Experience leading and hiring top talent product managers
- Experience working with UX and UI designers, engineers, and data scientists to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience with agile product development processes
- Comfort with discussing technology with engineering and architecture, and fluent in understanding of data investigation and presentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- High level of empathy, with customers and internal stakeholders
- High energy, hands-on, pays attention to details, and able to work independently.
- High degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to achieve outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and hands-on environment.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
