**Purpose of the job**

Manage digital payments reporting and analytics in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Conduct the ongoing business reporting and analytics activities for Orange Cash.
- Work closely with the internal teams for developing & extracting the needed reports and dashboards.
- Provide & establish new innovative & forecasting dashboards for identifying trends and opportunities for supporting the business.
- Engage with all Orange Cash business streams to provide ongoing analytics and support in driving business decisions.
- Translates complex datasets into strategic insights through visualizing results and providing recommendations.
- Conduct ongoing reporting to external stakeholders and regulators.
- Understand the market needs, articulate the business requirements & engage with relevant stakeholders; adding value to Orange Cash business management

**Job specification**

**Education**
- Bachelor degree from a well recognized university in one of the following fields: Bachelor of Business, Engineering or Computer Science

**Experience**
- 1 - 2 years experience in business analytics, Telecom background is a must.
- SQL, Tableau, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

**Skills and Abilities**
- Fluent English and Arabic is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Project management skills
- Customer Oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
