The Role
- Identify and analyze business and technical needs by working with end-users and technical groups.
- Act as part of the deployment, customization and testing of new solutions.
- Drive UAT process.
- Assist in the end-to-end implementation process for solutions modules.
- Support detailed business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Configure ERP solutions under guidance to meet business and client requirements.
- Support data migration activities ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in developing and executing test plans.
- Provide second support and maintenance post-implementation when needed by the support team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain detailed project documentation.

**Technical Skills**:

- A bachelor's degree in commerce or information systems or equivalent education and business administration or related field.
- From 1.5 to 3 years' experience with at least 1.5 years of experience in ERP implementation.
- Experience with the supply chain and inventory modules in Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Basic configuration skills for Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Understanding of data migration and integration processes.
- Familiarity with reporting tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles is a plus.
