You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, and analyzing our results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing and sales goals.
- Create engaging content, including text, image, and video, for various social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track progress and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and achieve business objectives.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- **Proficiency in English, speaking, reading and writing**:

- 3+ years of experience in social media management.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging content, including text, image, and video.
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and lead generation.
