**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and talented **Social Media Specialist** to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and write social media posts, captions, and short video scripts that reflect each brand’s tone, style, and values.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to bring content ideas to life visually.
- Plan and maintain content calendars in line with campaign objectives and seasonal moments.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for creative campaigns. Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics and audience insights.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
- Familiar with major social platforms — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging digital tools.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and tone; enthusiastic about trends, pop culture, and social media narratives.
- Basic content creation skills, including photography, videography, and use of AI tools for ideation or caption generation.
- Curious and eager to learn, with an understanding of influencer culture, UGC trends, and a willingness to grow even without prior professional experience.
