Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Creating and publishing content on all social media platforms.


•⁠ ⁠Develop and manage the social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification


•⁠ ⁠Plan, create, publish and share new content on a daily basis


•⁠ ⁠Building out a plan that suits overarching company goals, strategizing tactics to achieve those goals, and generally - exploring, testing, and optimizing different social media channels to suit a brand's audience.


•⁠ ⁠Understand the targeted audience for each social channel, creating persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience, and unique to the typical interactions of each channel.


•⁠ ⁠Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content


•⁠ ⁠Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules


•⁠ ⁠Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best


•⁠ ⁠Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

Qualifications:


•⁠ ⁠2 to 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist


•⁠ ⁠Social Media Content Creation and Digital Marketing skills


•⁠ ⁠Working in marketing agencies is a Plus


•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills


•⁠ ⁠Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content


•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of marketing strategies and trends
