**Job Summary**:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and promote company growth. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for business development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in pricing and contract negotiations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle high-level client concerns.
- Set and track individual sales targets and KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with analytical abilities to assess performance and optimize strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Mandatory Qualifications**:
- Experience in [Oil & GAS or Construction].
- English Language very Good
- Excel & Powerpoint
**Salary Expectations**:
- From 13k EGP to 15k EGP
Pay: E£13,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
