**About the role**

Flat6Labs Jr. Program Officer is responsible for supporting the startups in their day-to-day activities and supporting the program team in organizing cycle processes, documentation, and events. This role would suit a highly proactive, technology-savvy, and organized individual passionate about entrepreneurship and startups and inspired to work with startups daily.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with all cycle startup teams on pitch decks, financial models, presentation techniques, and skills.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding/offboarding journey for the startups.
- Verify and follow up on the implementation of the in-cycle startup team's deliverables.
- Record the progress of startup teams and help in their business planning where applicable.
- Ensure weekly startup updates are input correctly as per the predetermined KPIs.
- Structure the program database, ensuring owners/stakeholders use a predefined labeling system.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing the training programs and communication with speakers and educational institutions, in addition to following up on progress and feedback.
- Source and manage perks for our startup portfolio and stay updated with the latest trends in the Egyptian market.
- Coordinate internal/external workshops, events, and dinners within the program's lifetime.
- Coordinate maintaining a database of all founders, mentors, speakers, and coaches of Flat6Labs.
- Largely assisting in the execution of the Program on the Ground.
- Startup data collection, analysis, and organization where/when needed.    
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior staff.

**Requirements**:

- 0 - 2 years of experience in entrepreneurship, technology, business management, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business/management studies.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Tech enthusiast and can manage programs either virtually or on the ground.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.
- Attention to detail and an ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.
