Junior Corporate Lawyer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft & Review Commercial Agreements and Contracts.
- Do Legal Research for business needs.
- Render Legal advice in day-to-day operations to other departments.
- Assist Senior Level in Legal Department with all requirements needed.
- Represent the Company before Courts, Public Notary, GAFI, and any governmental authority as may be needed.

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Technical Experience**: Proficient with legal research tools and document management software.
- **English Proficiency**: High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

**Requirements**:

- Holder of BSc. Faculty of Law (English Section) from any University in Egypt.
- Primary Lawyer before Courts.
- Minimum 2 years of Experience as an Attorney at Law up to 5 years in a Law Firm or In-house Position.
- Native Arabic Language & Excellent English Language.
- Can use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook; with the ability to operate on any company system as instructed.
- Additional Certificates and courses are of more advantage.
