Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies: create and implement strategies to promote the company's products or services in international markets. This may involve developing sales and marketing materials, attending trade shows and events, and building relationships with potential customers.

Managing international partnerships: responsible for building and maintaining relationships with international partners, such as distributors, agents, and suppliers. This includes negotiating contracts, managing logistics, and ensuring that partners are meeting performance goals.

Monitoring and reporting on international business activities: track the company's performance in international markets, providing regular reports to senior management on key metrics such as sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer science or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development or a similar international role in the ICT sector.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully expanding business in international markets.
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel internationally frequently for business meetings and conferences.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to represent the company at international events and conferences.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of global market dynamics and trends.
