**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their digital marketing needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with the internal team to craft tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations to drive their digital success.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.
**Required qualifications**:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in business development and sales in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
