**Job Role Summary**:

- Supervise and manage an organization responsible for, and drive and/or support, commercialization of opportunities and resulting projects through to implementation

**Job Role Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate internal interface activities and/or serve as key internal interface for commercialization of opportunities in relevant portfolio, to ensure alignment, and as necessary, to obtain endorsement
- Coordinate, and/or Manage ExxonMobil relationships with external stakeholders, and as applicable, including providing support for government reporting
- Develop, prioritize and select commercial, and, as applicable, technical, concepts, for new and existing assets and their associated logistics development
- Coordinate, identify and Influence improvements to fiscal, regulatory and legal frameworks as required
- Coordinate, negotiate and execute agreements for commercialization of new opportunities, and manage existing and new contracts, as needed
- Ensure support for Integrated Business Team activities, as needed
- Represent ExxonMobil in applicable external forums, as required
- Develop commercial structure solutions to optimize value and mitigate risk
- Manage organization consistent with Corporate Supervisory Effectiveness Framework
