Social Media Community Manager

You will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of the communities of our clients. You are a detail-oriented problem-solver with a creative mindset that fits luxury brands.

As Community Manager, you an online communicative extension of your client. You are often the first touch point that guests/customers have with the brand and it is important to remember that (first) impressions matter. As a representative of the brand, you consider its tone of voice guidelines and the type of high-end experience that it wishes to extend to its guests/customers. You always try and take the perspective of the guest/customer who you are communicating with. What can you do to make this exchange as informative, professional, and pleasant for them as possible?

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to inbox messages on social channels of clients
- Engage with the community by replying to comments and foster a conversation with followers
- Take initiatives to grow the community of followers and customers
- Engage in social listening
- Collaborate with other teams to identify the voice of the brand
- Create style guides and brand voice outlines for all clients
- Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises
- Document best practices
- Report community feedback to account executives and managers
- Participate in social events, corporate events and workshops
- Measure and improve sentiment
