Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1.⁠ ⁠**Outreach Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive outreach strategies that align with organizational goals and target audience demographics.

2.⁠ ⁠**Social Media Management**: Manage and oversee our organization's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

3.⁠ ⁠**Content Creation**: Develop engaging and informative content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and promote organizational initiatives.

4.⁠ **⁠Community Engagement**: Proactively engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and addressing any concerns.

5.⁠ ⁠**Influencer and Partner Collaboration**: Identify and collaborate with influencers, industry partners, and relevant organizations to amplify our message, increase brand awareness, and reach new audiences.

6.⁠ **⁠Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and track the success of social media campaigns and contests, leveraging analytics and insights to optimize performance and drive desired outcomes.

7.⁠ ⁠**Social Listening and Trend Analysis**: Monitor social media channels to identify trends, track competitor activity, and gather insights to inform content creation and campaign strategies.

8.⁠ **⁠Metrics Tracking and Reporting**: Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and measure the success of outreach and social media efforts.

9.⁠ **⁠Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and program managers, to ensure brand consistency, alignment of messaging, and seamless integration of outreach and social media efforts.

10.⁠ ⁠**Stay Current with Industry Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously enhance outreach and social media strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- ⁠Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- ⁠⁠Proven experience in outreach management, community engagement, and social media management.
- ⁠In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- ⁠Experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- ⁠Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
- ⁠Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- ⁠Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative outreach strategies and social media content ideas.
- ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- ⁠Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and the online community.
