**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to maximize opportunities.

Content Creation and Management:

- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, image, and video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Monitor user engagement and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Community Management:

- Actively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of social media channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
- Work closely with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our online presence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with design tools and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
