Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in **Cairo, Egypt.** You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career

**Marketing Analyst - Future Talent Programme**

We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to become the next generation of sales executives or account managers and leaders in our industry. You will be based in Cairo, Egypt but work in a global arena.

**What you will do**:
As our new Future Talent - Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for:

- **Data Analysis**: Setting a strong data foundation for each category by utilizing and triangulating all available research resources including retail audit, syndicated databases and adhoc consumer research.
- **Market Tracking**: Executing on-ground market visits (both retail outlets and trade) across Egypt and create periodical trend reports that would provide insight into category and market related dynamics such as pricing, promotions, and in-store activity.
- **Research & Insights**: Conducting research projects through research and consumer insights agencies based on market company needs. This will include running research pitches, preparing discussion guides/ questionnaires, attending field research.
- **Account Management**: Supporting the commercial team in consulting services with customers by preparing the relevant data, analysis and key conclusions on trends and brand performance/ brand health
- **Business Development**: Supporting the Business Development team in providing relevant insights and information that will be an integral part of customer presentations and sales pitches.
- **Customer Workshops**: Supporting the local marketing team and regional marketing services team in preparing for customer workshops including ideation sessions and branding/ brand strategy sessions.

**We believe you have**:

- You have a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related disciplines (Graduated 2024-2025)
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Outstanding communications skills
- Maturity and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network
- Ability to collaborate easily with others across boundaries & levels. It is important that you are comfortable to work on your own in an independent way
