**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative** AI Engineer**with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing prompt strategies that improve AI accuracy, efficiency, and fairness. Your work will directly impact how our platform interacts with users by shaping the quality and clarity of **AI-generated responses**.

This position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency, linguistic insight, and strategic thinking. Fluency in Arabic and hands-on experience with Python and LLMs are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Prompt Engineering & Optimization**
- Develop, test, and refine prompts to optimize AI performance across various use cases and industries
- Analyze prompt effectiveness and iterate based on client feedback, output behavior, and model updates

**AI Output Analysis**
- Monitor and evaluate model outputs to identify hallucinations, inaccuracies, or biases
- Implement mitigation strategies to ensure fair, contextually accurate, and culturally sensitive AI responses
- Support the integration of ethical AI principles in prompt development and model usage

**Client Collaboration & Solution Design**
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and use cases
- Translate client requirements into prompt-based solutions that deliver tangible business value
- Present findings and performance reports related to prompt behavior and improvements

**Cross-functional Coordination**
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to improve LLM model integration and performance
- Provide insights and feedback to improve model fine-tuning and custom LLM adaptations

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Proven experience with NLP and working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
- Expertise in prompt engineering strategies (e.g., zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought) - Required
- Proficiency in Python and relevant NLP/LLM libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API) - Required
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) - Required
- Demonstrated ability to identify and correct bias or hallucination in AI outputs
- Strong analytical and communication skills
