**Duties**:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems, especially those leveraging Generative AI and LLMs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects: problem definition, prototyping, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Architect scalable, efficient pipelines for training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference.
- Evaluate and benchmark AI models for performance, alignment, and safety across various business use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, data scientists) to build impactful AI solutions.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and foster a collaborative and innovative technical culture.
- Participate in technical design discussions, system architecture planning, and code reviews.
- Translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging AI/ML trends and assess their practical applicability.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (MS/PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with production deployment experience.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI (e.g., transformers, LLMs, diffusion models, RAG, prompt engineering).
- Strong coding skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
- Proficiency with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.
- Experience deploying models at scale using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices: model versioning, experiment tracking, CI/CD, monitoring.
- Knowledge of real-time/streaming data frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming) is a plus.
- Experience with one or more domains: Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, Multimodal AI, or Knowledge Graphs.
- Research publications in AI/ML journals or conferences (preferred but not required).

- Ability to lead, innovate, and solve open-ended problems independently.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with mínimal supervision.
