**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with asset management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for employees, visitors, and customers.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their space requirements and ensure effective space allocation.
- Source, select, and manage vendors and service providers for facility-related services such as janitorial services, landscaping, security, and maintenance. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies, including preventive maintenance programs and replacement schedules.
- Coordinate procurement and disposal of assets in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate measures to mitigate safety hazards.
- Regularly review and update safety policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and emerging risks.
- Establish and enforce standards for cleanliness, housekeeping, and hygiene across facilities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with housekeeping protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
