**What You’ll Own**:

- Craft and execute a bold, data-driven marketing strategy that reflects our brand’s depth and technical edge
- Build, lead, and inspire a remote marketing team — from hiring to mentoring to performance management
- Define and track KPIs that demonstrate real impact across awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Elevate our brand presence through compelling messaging, consistent identity, and top-tier content
- Lead digital campaigns, content marketing, SEO, PR, and social — with purpose and precision
- Translate complex engineering solutions into human, value-focused communication
- Own the planning and execution of industry events, partnerships, and targeted campaigns
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring clarity and consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and executive teams to align marketing with growth
- Provide performance dashboards, insights, and continuous optimization
- Travel-ready for campaigns, exhibitions, and strategic events (when needed)

**What You Bring**:

- **10+ years** of marketing experience, including proven leadership in building or scaling a department
- Experience in engineering, architecture, consultancy, or a related technical sector (preferred)
- A portfolio of impactful campaigns, branding initiatives, and growth results
- Fluent English — **written and spoken** — is a must; you’ll be engaging with diverse international teams
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

- **AUC, BUE, MSA, MIU**:

- Strong grasp of both strategic marketing and tactical execution
- Data-oriented mindset with a creative edge — you thrive on insights, not just instincts
