We are a growing international company looking for a skilled **Business Analyst - IT** to join our remote team. Our organization focuses on delivering high-quality digital solutions, improving business processes, and supporting global operations.

**Job Type**
- **Full-Time - Remote (Egypt)**:

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new systems, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and diagrams.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to clarify requirements and support project execution.
- Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality.
- Support testing processes (UAT, SIT) by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes against requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project scope, timelines, and changes.
- Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs, SRS documents, process flows, and training materials.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and IT system architecture.
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace.

**Work Schedule**
