Assisting Pricing Manager for proactively analyzing and making recommendations on all business propositions considering customer value-based marketing, competition, and company costs affecting the business plans and profitability across the division.

**about you**:
Education
- BSC in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field with some work related experience.

Experience
- Having 2 years of experience in commercial position is a plus.

**skills**:

- Fluent English both spoken & written
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent PC skills with proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access.
- General understanding of financial statements, revenue & cost accounting
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Project management skills with marketing experience a plus.

Commercial
- Assess the business impact of all value propositions and provide recommendations to pricing manager on the value proposition impact on the business (impact on revenues, costs, margins, market share and value share) together with a comprehensive risk assessment on expected competitors moves
- Recommend possible modifications to the business owners on the value propositions under study to enhance its overall impact on the companies KPI’s in line with the pricing strategy
- Ensure proper allocation of the value proposition elements and parameters in the business case within Orange Egypt financial P&L rules
- Maintain a library for post launch analysis of previous offers and launches to enhance the decision making and ensure maximum profitability of any new value proposition
- Determine appropriate prices lists, standard discounts and refund policies, rebates together with the acceptable ceiling and floor prices of products/services.
- Responsible for implementation of reporting tools to measure and monitor market prices changes, price effectiveness and different price models to better respond to market dynamics
- Provide an in-depth monthly analysis on the actual commercial performance versus the budget (or budget update) to identify the revenue gaps between the actual & budget covering all market segments and the reasons behind these gaps with a recommended course of action
- Coordinate with the marketing segments to build the consumer budget and forecast and assess its impact on the business
- Monitor on monthly basis the marketing OPEX (promotion, loyalty and retention spending) for the consumer market to identify the cost variances with respect to the budget and provide a business justification for such variances
- Provide a weekly update on all segments KPI’s for the commercial weekly meeting.
