Education
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university in Business administration, Economics or Engineering.
- Masters degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience, 2 of which in the marketing field in telecommunications.
- Knowledge in the marketing of telecommunications products and services & B2B Marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Egyptian market is required.
- Experience in a highly flexible & challenging environment including short lead times and constant change of direction.

- Build and share a deep understanding of the market segment - customer needs, main actors, key drivers, key figures,- leveraging (in particular) market feedback received from the sales & customer service teams.
- Contribute to the definition of a differentiating and attractive Orange Value proposition for the segment.
- Contribute to the development of the marketing plan and action plans, including offer roadmap, acquisition and retention (loyalty) campaigns, customer experience, go-to-market approach and partnerships, necessary to drive and increase Orange performance on the segment.
- Specify and/or develop propositions, tariffs & solutions targeting the various segments of the SME & SOHO market to acquire new customers, retain current base, and increase revenues.
- Lead and/or monitor development and in-life phases of products and services.
- Recommend and/or lead relevant go-to-market and base management projects targeting the segment.
- Cooperate with relevant sales channels and other customer-facing departments and support them to achieve target sales and revenue KPIs.
- Propose appropriate remediation plans to solve problems and challenges, improve performance and meet set targets and objectives.
