The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the recruitment function, ensuring the hiring of top-tier talent to meet the organization's growth and strategic goals. Leading the Talent Acquisition team in multiple global locations ensuring a seamless hiring process across all regions. This role requires expertise in recruitment strategy, talent sourcing, team leadership, and partnership with business leaders to drive efficient and effective talent acquisition processes.
**Key Responsibilities: (include but not limited too)**
- **Strategic Recruitment Leadership**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s growth plans and organizational objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs, define hiring priorities, and align recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and successful recruitment process.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance, feedback, and support to optimize performance and professional growth.
- Foster a high-performing recruitment team by promoting collaboration, motivation, and accountability.
- **Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management**:
- Oversee sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, talent mapping, and utilization of job boards, social media, and recruitment marketing.
- **Market Intelligence & Industry Trends**:
- Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting across various industries, with an emphasis on BPO Call Centre recruiting
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of recruiters to meet organizational hiring goals.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:
- Bilingual French/English is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of HR technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, with experience in leveraging analytics to improve recruitment processes.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.

**Work Environment**:
- This position will be onsite in Cairo and will require flexibility in schedule
- Occasional travel for recruiting events, conferences, and meetings may be required.
Pay: E£100,000.00 - E£120,000.00 per year
