**About the job**:
**Requirements and responsibilities**
**Analyze EDI specifications**:
EDI Mapping of various X12, EDIFACT, XML, etc. transactions (850, 855, 810, 820, 812, 860, etc.)
Modify custom output programs from trading partner data
Develop new ANSI/X12 specifications for customers
Develop parse programs from customer files
Troubleshoot errors & collaborate with customers and partners to resolve issues
Troubleshoot existing maps and implementations
Troubleshoot EDI translation and communication tools
Troubleshoot integration with different ERP/WMS/E-Commerce systems
Log progress in project management tool weekly
Participate in daily and weekly scrums with technical team
Respond to customer inquiries in French and English
Design, document, and implement standardized usage procedures and customer service guidelines for remote software support
Build good working relationships internally and externally
Deploy and implement new projects on production servers
Estimate deadlines to complete projects and meet them to the best of your abilities
**Education and Experience Requirements**
1-3 years working with EDI transactions
College-level programming or math
Bilingual: French and English (speak/write)
Experience with SAP Business One, Microsoft NAV, Business Central, Microsoft F&O, NetSuite, Sage X3, Acumatica (asset)
