Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Team Leader (French & English) to join our growing operations team in Maadi, Cairo. The ideal candidate will manage a team of customer service agents, ensuring they meet performance targets, maintain quality standards, and provide an exceptional experience to our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of French- and English-speaking agents.

Monitor daily operations and ensure service quality and SLA compliance.

Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve team performance.

Analyze reports and KPIs to identify trends and areas of improvement.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalations promptly.

Foster a positive, performance-driven culture within the team.

Qualifications:

Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Proven experience as a Team Leader in a contact center environment.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics effectively.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
