Role: Customer Service / Travel Advisor
We're looking for a passionate and bilingual Travel Advisor to join our team supporting the Wingbuddy account. If you're fluent in English and French, love helping people, and have a knack for customer service, we'd love to hear from you
What you'll do:
Assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries
Provide top-notch service through phone, email, and chat
Work on a rotational shift schedule (hybrid model)
What we're looking for:
Fluency in both English and French
Customer-focused attitude
Previous experience in travel or customer service is a plus
