**Strategic**
- **Contribute to AGF’s Digital Communications Strategy**

Collaborate with the Communications team to translate AGF’s messaging and programmatic goals into visually compelling content that enhances audience engagement and online visibility.
- **Strengthening AGF’s Brand Identity Across Digital Channels**

Develop consistent, on-brand digital visuals and animations that reflect AGF’s values, voice, and tone across platforms.
- **Creative Innovation and Benchmarking**

Keep abreast of emerging design and animation trends within the nonprofit and development sector and propose new content formats to boost engagement and reach.

**Operational**
- **Visual Content Creation**

Design and develop animations, motion graphics, reels, videos, and static visuals tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other AGF platforms, including 2D and 3D design assets.
- **Campaign Asset Production**

Develop digital assets and visuals for campaigns, events, and website banners/designs.
- **Platform Optimization**

Ensure all assets are optimized for respective social platforms, including correct dimensions, formats, and resolution.
- **Storyboarding and Visual Scripting**

Create storyboards and visual mockups for animated videos or reels in collaboration with content writers and strategists.
- **Brand Consistency**
- **Multimedia Adaptation**

Adapt and repurpose existing design assets into new formats suitable for different social media and digital platforms, including multimedia formats such as interactive graphics and dynamic visual storytelling.
- **Event Content Design**

Support visual needs for event campaigns, including event teasers, countdowns, thank-you posts, and live coverage visuals.
- **Production Timelines and Content Calendars**

Align with the content calendar, meeting publishing timelines and collaborating with the wider communications team to ensure on-time delivery.

**Knowledge**
- **Knowledge of platform-specific design specs and UX principles for digital media**

Understands how to tailor content for different digital platforms while maintaining usability and impact.
- **Familiarity with visual storytelling and brand communication in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment**

Knows how to visually convey messages aligned with organizational values and audience expectations.
- **Experience in multimedia content creation and cross-platform adaptation**

Understands how to produce and repurpose content for various media formats and distribution channels.

**Skills**
- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)**

Confident in using industry-standard tools for design, animation, and video production.
- **Strong animation and video editing skills**

Capable of producing polished motion graphics and edited content that meet technical and creative standards.
- **Proficiency in 2D and 3D animation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar**

Able to create dynamic visuals using both 2D and 3D techniques.
- **Experience using AI tools for visual content creation**

Uses tools like text-to-image generators, video enhancers, or automated design aids to speed up workflow and enhance output.
- **Attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines**

Produces accurate, high-quality work efficiently, even in time-sensitive situations.
- **Ability to ideate creatively and visually interpret briefs**

Translates abstract concepts into engaging visual content that aligns with project goals.
- **Bilingual in Arabic and English**

Communicates effectively and designs content that resonates with both Arabic
- and English-speaking audiences.

**Experience**

3-5 years of experience in animation and design, preferably in an agency or development/nonprofit setting

Pay: E£60,000.00 - E£85,000.00 per month
