**About the Role**:
We are looking for a skilled **Digital Account Manager** to join our team in Cairo. You will manage and grow key client accounts from the Saudi market, ensuring successful delivery of digital campaigns and measurable results. If you have a passion for performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and excellent client management experience — we’d love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, mainly from MENA.
- Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, paid ads, influencers, SEO, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports with actionable insights.
- Present campaign results and recommendations clearly to clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account revenue.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, media buying, content, and performance) to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially for the Saudi market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital account management or client servicing for digital marketing agencies.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, etc.).
- Proven experience managing Saudi clients or campaigns targeting the Saudi audience.
- Strong analytical skills comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and using data for insights.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Based in Cairo, with flexibility to coordinate with regional clients and teams.
