Responsibilities

  • Project manage and problem solve for various tasks, act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, aligning expectations, and providing regular updates
  • Develop and implement all social media strategies for clients in different industries and development stages
  • Propose creative ideas and concepts, and work with the creative team to develop informative, appealing, and SEO-friendly content
  • Manage monthly editorial posting calendars and schedules
  • Coordinate & review the content with clients and publish according to schedule, monitor and moderate social media channels on daily basis
  • Develop monthly analysis reports and track and analyze competitors' platforms and marketing activities on weekly basis
  • Collect and develop database for inspirational ideas and creative visuals

Qualifications

  • Strong client management skills: confident, proactive, and solution-oriented in managing client relationships
  • Proven work experience as an account manager or project manager
  • Excellent copy-writing, editing, presentation and communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Adequate knowledge of SEO, graphic design, web design, and web development
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational skills
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
  • A bachelor's degree is required
