**Position Title**: Personal Assistant and Remote Office Manager
**Reports To**: Manager/CEO
**Location**: Remote

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the Manager/CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Organize and maintain files and records in a structured and accessible manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Manager/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Finance Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Oversee financial documentation, including receipts, invoices, and bank statements.
- Support in financial planning and analysis to assist the Manager/CEO in decision-making.
- **HR Responsibilities**:

- Manage HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with performance evaluations, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
- **General Duties**:

- Anticipate the needs of the Manager/CEO and provide proactive support in all areas.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Be available to assist the Manager/CEO during working hours and, if needed, outside of regular hours.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience in finance and HR functions.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Pay: From E£6,000.00 per month
