Finance Admin Clerk

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable finance admin clerk to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting important financial documents, following up on certain payments, and assisting with the archiving system.
This position is based in Cairo and will be reporting to the Treasury and AP manager.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport, deliver, and collect documents to and from banks.- Assist in implementing and upholding the archiving system to ensure compliance and easy retrieval of documents.- Maintain records of processed documents and files using the company system.- Compile various regular checks and reports in accordance with standard operating procedures.- Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on archived data.

Qualifications We Look For:
- Good Arabic & English speaker.- Bachelor Degree.- 1+ Relevant experience in Admin or similar roles.- Driving License Holder.
