We are looking for an energetic content manager to join our international digital marketing team.

Your passion is working with a team and the tools to create professional content that is correct, precise, and aesthetically pleasing.

You will continuously update and improve our websites and internal knowledge bases.

You will work on digital assets such as documents, diagrams, images, and videos, and make those available in the required formats - in cooperation with our UX and Digital Marketing teams.

You will identify and fix issues related to our web presence such as dead links, expired certificates, license needs, and more - in cooperation with our technical team.

Last but not least you will look out for new tools, plugins, and add-ons that help us to improve our collaboration and content creation.

You are outgoing and like collaborating with your colleagues across different departments and geographies.

Eventually, the job can evolve into other responsibilities in digital marketing.

**Profile/ Education**

Proven ability (minimum 3 years of professional experience ) as a web content manager.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, English language, or a related area.

A university degree isn’t strictly necessary, having such qualifications is a plus.

**Skills**
- Manage content across multiple websites, collaborating with many stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of Confluence and WordPress
- Excellent communication and English language skills - communicate clearly and precisely in written, verbal, and visual/presentation communication.
- Ability to work independently
- Use AI tools to create, convert, and check content for correctness
- Working with tables such as Google Sheets

**Nice to have**

The following would be nice-to-have capabilities, and otherwise are topics that you will learn on the job:

- Other CMS such as Headless CMS
- Add-ons and plugins for CMS
- Integrating with Digital Marketing solutions for tracking (Mailchimp, Mautic, Sendgrid, Hubspot,...) and tag management
- Project Management experience
- Google Analytics, Adwords and Tag Manager (HTML / CSS / Javascript)
- Knowledge of Woocommerce or other e-shop plugins for WordPress
- Writing technical documentation
- Publishing on social media
- Create design proposals using Figma.
- Experience in contact center and / or CRM software
