**Position Summary**: Customer service specialist is responsible for handling all customer communications. This position manages all communications with client and updating throughout the shipment process.
**Job Responsibilities as follows but not limited to**:
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
- Submitting weekly report to Management
- And other miscellaneous operational tasks
- Track and trace shipments as required.
- Utilize Process Monitors and Workflows on daily basis
- Ensure documents are timely sent customers or 3PL.
- Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations
- Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers/3PL.
- Meet compliance at all times to regulations.
- Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
- Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
- Coordinating with customers in case of missing documents in files and updating in system.
**Skills**:
- Microsoft Office | Excel Skills should be EXCELLENT.
- A minimum of 2 years logistic company background and customer service background each.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
**Salary**: E£8,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nasr City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
