You will be working as a Project Manager, and will be the part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Industries Division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Project Operations Manager and will be responsible to perform direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales in accordance with agreed business plans.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead the project team allocated to the project, define main guidelines, allocate project tasks, and motivate and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Provide performance feedback regarding allocate resources working on projects.
- Define, jointly with the Project Control department, a project plan documents, include scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans and ensure that the project follow execution best practices and ABB policies, effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization. Monitor and control project financials, oversee project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow and identify, qualify, quantify, manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued and capture, analyses and share lessons learned throughout the project.
- Ensure that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close—out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
- Act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Ensure the project follows and compile with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering or Mechatronics.
- minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing complex projects.
- Deep knowledge in 800xA, Freelance, Advant, Infi, and all ABB control systems is preferable.
- Deep knowledge in cost, schedule, HSE, quality, risk, change and stockholders Management.
- Experience in Automation and Electrification systems projects execution.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English & Arabic language is a must.
