**About Us**:
**Trust Link Financial Broker**, based in the UAE, specializes in trade finance solutions, corporate banking advisory, and debt restructuring services.
We arrange financial instruments including **Letters of Credit (LCs)**, **Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs)**, and **Letters of Guarantee (LGs)**, empowering businesses with fast and efficient financing solutions.

We are expanding our network and seeking motivated **Trade Finance Sales Professionals** across the GCC & Egypt to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop new client relationships for trade finance products including LCs, SBLCs, and LGs.
- Actively promote Trust Link Financial Broker's trade finance solutions to SMEs, corporates, and trading companies.
- Identify client financing needs and propose suitable trade finance instruments.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing transactions.
- Maintain client records, compliance documentation, and ensure KYC/AML requirements are met.
- Coordinate closely with the back-office support team to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
- Achieve individual transaction targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Stay updated on trade finance market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands.

**Work Environment**:

- Remote-based role.
- Flexible working hours, focus on deliverables and closed transactions.

**Compensation**:

- Commission-based earning model.
- Attractive commission rates between **6.5% to 15%** of collected commission on successful transaction volumes (terms apply).
- No basic salary; earnings fully performance-based.
