**Job Title**:MV Switchgear Test & QC Engineer

**Location**: Siemens Factory - 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt.

Join our Smart Infrastructure as our MV Switchgear Test & QC Engineer at our Factory in Egypt. Reporting to Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the full testing and quality control cycle of Siemens NXAir S medium-voltage switchgear panels. The role combines hands-on routine testing, visual and technical inspections, documentation review, and perform factory acceptance tests (FAT).

**Qualifications & Skills - Digital and Solid**
- Perform full routine testing on MV switchgear (Siemens NXAir S), including:

- Insulation resistance testing.
- Contact resistance testing.
- Primary and secondary injections.
- Protection relay checks.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections in line with design drawings and specifications.
- Verify wiring, labeling, component placement, and physical conformity during in-process and final QC.
- Review technical documents including wiring diagrams, BOMs, and internal checklists.
- Prepare detailed test reports and maintain test records for traceability and audit readiness.
- Support client/consultant representatives during FAT and implement punch list actions.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve non-conformities or deviations.

**Qualifications & Skills - Digital and Solid**
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification from reputable university.
- You bring with you 5 years or more hands-on experience in MV switchgear testing domain.
- Combined with Strong working knowledge of:
- MIT1025, TRAX 280 or OMICRON CPC100, MOM600A, OMICRON CMC
- While familiarity with IEC 62271 and ISO 9001-based QC processes is a big advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability paired with High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Clear technical communication and report writing.
