Responsibilities

  • Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications for LV, MV, and control systems.
  • Prepare single-line diagrams, load schedules, and equipment lists for proposals.
  • Review vendor quotations for transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS systems, cabling, and SCADA.
  • Prepare technical clarifications and compliance sheets per client standards.
  • Estimate quantities and costs for materials, installation, and commissioning works.
  • Coordinate with mechanical and civil proposal engineers for interface alignment.
  • Develop execution methodologies and technical write-ups.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and prepare comparison summaries.
  • Support in clarification meetings and post-tender discussions.
  • Maintain records of electrical equipment and vendor price references.
