**Job Summary**:
As a **Hotels Operations Executive**, you will ensure seamless booking experiences by managing hotel operations, resolving customer and supplier issues, and supporting high-value reservations. The role involves handling queries, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and maintaining strong operational standards across leisure, religious, and corporate travel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer and partner inquiries efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Manage hotel reservations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to support current and future bookings.
- Maintain the Operations team’s mailbox in line with SLAs.
- Handle high-value bookings and provide daily updates to premier agents.
- Coordinate with direct contracting teams and third-party suppliers to resolve last-minute issues.
- Collaborate with Contracting & Business Development teams on relocations, book-outs, and guest complaints.
- Notify agencies in cases of incorrect rates or availability discrepancies.
- Report customer concerns and highlight system issues.
- Manage offline booking requests when required.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Training**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent business writing and documentation skills.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following:

- Hotel reservations
- OTA/Travel Agency operations
- Wholesale operations and customer service
