Nasoft is hiring an Operations & Insights Executive for one of our clients in the digital marketing sector.

We are looking for someone specialized in executing daily workflows, maintaining quality standards, and providing actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across departments. This role bridges operational execution with analysis to enhance performance, client satisfaction, and strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities:

● Execute and track operational workflows across departments (Account Management, Creative, Performance, etc.

● Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in their continuous improvement

● Perform QA audits on campaign deliverables, content accuracy, and project timelines

● Monitor internal and client communication channels (WhatsApp, Email, ClickUp) for quality, tone, and timeliness

● Ensure accountability by flagging delays or missed KPIs across teams

● Build and maintain dashboards to track Sales, Campaign Performance, Client Retention, and Team Productivity

● Consolidate data from CRM, project management tools, ad platforms, and reporting systems

● Analyze trends such as campaign ROI, customer behavior, resource utilization, and profit per project

● Translate insights into clear reports and actionable recommendations for department heads

● Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews with visual and verbal data summaries

● Coordinate between departments to align execution timelines with business goals

● Provide insight-led feedback to performance, sales, and content teams to optimize output

● Work closely with the BI, CRM, and Automation teams to integrate workflows and eliminate inefficiencies

Requirements

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.

●1–2 years of experience in agency operations, account coordination, or reporting roles.

● Experience working in a digital agency or fast-paced start-up.

● Strong skills in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and ClickUp (or similar PM tools).

● Familiarity with marketing platforms and CRM systems (Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).

● Attention to detail, time management, and ownership of deliverables.

● Clear communication and an analytical mindset.

● Exposure to no-code tools like Zapier or Make

● Capable of preparing executive-level presentations and dashboards
