**Role Overview**: We're seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion throughout the EMEA region. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the region, with English as the primary language of communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Expansion**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the veterinary sector across EMEA.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and nurture relationships with veterinary clinics, understanding their unique needs to offer tailored software solutions.
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Collaborate with industry stakeholders to establish partnerships that enhance our market presence.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- **Feedback Loop**: Act as a liaison between clients and our product development team to drive continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in business development, preferably within the veterinary, animal health, or related sectors.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- **Self-motivation**: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Familiarity with diverse cultures within the EMEA region to effectively engage with a broad client base.
- **Passion**: A genuine interest in the veterinary field and a desire to make a positive impact through innovative technology.

**Compensation**: We offer a competitive salary package, with a base salary, Comission, Bonus, commensurate with experience and performance.
