Mylo, a fintech startup operating in the consumer finance is seeking a Head of Marketing to develop, implement, and oversee the overall marketing strategy for mylo. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and digital marketing. The Head of Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities** - **Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy**: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. - **Brand Management**: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience. - **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. - **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels. - **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training. - **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources. - **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - **Customer Relationship Management**: Foster strong relationships with customers and partners. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. - Strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging technologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong leadership and team management skills. **Benefits** Office environment: When you come to our b_labs office, you'll find creative workspaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open design to foster collaboration between teams.
