Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
**Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.**

**Background in sales or business development is a strong advantage.**

Skills and Knowledge:
**Strong understanding of corporate training programs and business education solutions.**

**Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.**

**Proficiency in conducting interviews and needs analysis to identify training requirements.**

**Ability to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients.**

**Solid knowledge of organizational development principles and practices.**

**Sales acumen with the ability to pitch services, negotiate, and close deals.**

Technical Skills:
**Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).**

**Familiarity with CRM software and tools for managing sales leads and customer relationships.**

Languages:

- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Personal Attributes:
**Strong interpersonal and communication skills.**

**Results-driven, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.**

**High adaptability and problem-solving skills.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Design and deliver customized training programs for corporate clients.**

**Conduct training needs assessments and recommend suitable solutions.**
- Identify and engage potential clients, pitch training services, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide organizational development (OD) consultations to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery.
- Track and report sales activities, client feedback, and training outcomes.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

To Apply:
Pay: E£5,000.00 - E£7,000.00 per month
