**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau; SQL experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement processes for collecting, validating, and organizing data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure data consistency and quality across various reporting tools and platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and automate real-time dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Translate complex data analyses into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.
- Identify and recommend improvements in data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.
- Collaborate with business units to enhance the efficiency and quality of data reporting workflows.
- Partner with internal teams to understand their reporting needs and provide analytical support.
- Present insights and data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating decision-making.
