Role Overview: Business Intelligence Analyst – Data Analytics & Reporting

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a vital role in transforming operational and business data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across various levels of the organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards, generate data-driven reports, and develop KPIs and analytics to drive business performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: BI Reporting, Data Analysis, and Visualization

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and standardized reports tailored to the needs of stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Work closely with business leaders and department heads to identify data requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Optimize existing BI infrastructure and suggest improvements for data modelling, collection, and automation of reporting processes.
• Conduct regular data quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business analytics and operational metrics.
• Provide training and support to users for Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and support continuous improvement initiatives through deep data analysis.

Required Qualifications and Experience: BI, Data Analytics & Visualization Tools

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or date engineering.
• Experience in BI Tools (Incorta, Power BI, or Looker).
• Solid understanding of database management, SQL queries, and data integration from multiple sources.
• Strong skills in data interpretation, number crunching, and presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent command of English for report writing, user training, and cross-department communication.

Working Conditions: BI Analyst Role

• Location: Al-Mohandessin, Egypt (hybrid working model)
• Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (Sunday–Thursday)
