**What you’ll do**:
Role purpose:
To be responsible for building new products beside the continuous development and marketing for Vodafone Egypt Messaging Products that fit customers evolving needs and cope with Vodafone Strategy (focusing on Growth, Customer, & Simplicity).
Achieving targets (profits and revenues) is a main KPI in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. setting sales and presales targets, plan for all go-to-market activities, ensure delivering best customer experience through all stages “sales, activation, & support”, ensure highest level of products compliance with regulatory, privacy, security, and legal teams, collaborate with finance & pricing teams to maximize the value of products, and finally deliver impressive products experience through hand-in-hand cooperation with Technology, IT, and Customer Care teams.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Setting Vodafone Egypt Enterprise Messaging and CPaaS Products Strategy & Portfolio with complete roadmap for each product.
- Responsible for delivering at least 100% of targeted annual revenue & EBIT.
- Managing the entire Messaging & CPaaS Products life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities with different suppliers, agencies and internal technology teams.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Experience/Knowledge of Messaging & Telecom Products & Services (e.g. SMS Services).
- Experience/Knowledge of product management and product ownership.
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to details with a keen eye on the big picture & final deliverables on-time.
- Good knowledge of new messaging & omni-channel emerging technologies across all digital channels.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of product life cycle & new product development cycle.
- Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Good knowledge of Scrum Agile Framework.
- Good knowledge of B2B Sales/marketing.
