Our client a leading HR consulting firm specializing in providing customized HR solutions to our clients. they are currently seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their team.

As an HR Consultant at On-Hire, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters. You will be responsible for assessing their HR needs, developing and implementing tailored HR strategies, and providing ongoing support and guidance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive HR assessments to identify clients' needs and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with clients' business goals
- Provide guidance and support to clients on HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and employee development
- Create and deliver training programs on HR topics to enhance clients' HR capabilities
- Collaborate with clients' HR teams to address specific challenges and provide innovative solutions
- Stay up to date with HR best practices and industry trends to ensure delivery of cutting-edge solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR advisory role
- 3-5 years of experience max
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
